Adding Voicee to Yealink Devices


Voicee works perfectly with Yealink Devices and other SIP Based Phones.
To get started, you will need these elements:
  1. A Yealink Phone connected via Ethernet
  2. A computer or Ipad connects to the same network as the Yealink phone
You will require physical access to the Yealink phone in order to setup your device.

Please find your phone model below to find your IP Address.
Copy the IPv4 Address, this is usually formatted like: 192.168.1.xxx
Note: If a list of missed calls appear, click the Back button and click the OK button again

Yealink T21P
Yealink T42S

Press OK on the phone. The IP address should be shown on the first line labeled IPv4.

Yealink T46S

1. Press the Menu icon then select Status.
2. The IP address should be shown on the first line labeled IPv4.

Yealink W56P

Yealink W73P

1. Pickup one of the handsets that is registered to the base station, then press OK
2. Press OK on the (i) icon. 
3. Press OK on the BASE option. 
4.. The IP address of the Base will be displayed on the screen.


Take the IP Address from Step 1 and enter it in Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer on your Computer or laptop


On newer models, you may be prompted to accept an insecure connection, this is OK and safe to continue.


Enter the Default username and password

USERNAME
admin
PASSWORD
admin

If the password does not work, please factory reset your Yealink device


Step 3. Open Accounts


Go to the Account Tab > Register

Make sure you're editing the Account1 if this is a new device. If this is an exsisting device and you wish to add more than one registration, please select the most appropriate Account



Many Yealink Devices allow you to have More than 1 Account on the same physical phone.

Step 4. Enter your Device Credentials


Login to your Voicee dashboard
Go to Sites > (The Site you wish to Configure)
Find Site Devices


Simply enter the username, domain and password in the below fields


Ensure Enable Outbound Proxy Server is disabled or set correctly if you need to use a Proxy Server.











Congratulations you're done!

If your Yealink is connected correctly to our server, you will see a Registered sign.

If it returns a Registered Failed, please contact support to troubleshoot the error.
