Using [Conditions] - Site Status

Note: Conditions are an advanced function and can cause unexpected results if not configured correctly - speak with our support team if you need help.

1. Select Routing then Click "Conditions"

2. You can select a condition, such as Site Status.

3. Select the comparison condition, this will be determined by the condition selected in the previous step.

4. In this example, we want to route the call depending on the Site Status. Set the Status to "Busy"

5. Ensure that the condition has an incoming call from a previous step, and link that the input of the conditions node. Note that all call flows go from Left to Right.

6. Finally choose how the call will flow depending on the conditions. In this example, if the site status is set to Busy, it will ring the device. Otherwise, it will go to "Not Met" which will say a message.
