Using AI To generate a Call Flow

Read our Tips and Trick on writing a good call flow description to work with our AI

1. Navigate to Settings -> CallFlows

2. Click "+" to create a new call flow

3. Click on the Description box to start editing.

4. Enter a detailed description of what you'd like the call flow to do.
Explain the call flow in simple instructions, structured in a the way the call should go.
For example:
"When a call comes in, play the welcome message sound, direct the call to the first device and if its not answered in 30 seconds, say "We can't come to the phone" and send to Voicemail"

Once you're happy with your description, click AI Generate.

5. Review the generated call flow and make adjustments

6. You can edit nodes as needed and delete nodes by clicking on them and pressing the trash icon that appears.

7. Once you are happy with your call flow, you can click Save.
Or you can try changing your description and clicking AI Generate again to see if there are any different results. Note that AI generation can change from time to time, so even the slightest of changes in description can have an impact on the result.
