Here, click Update settings under Sender Name
You will be prompted to enter your ABN, this will allow you select from names that closely match your trading name.
We store and collect your ABN for validation and auditing purposes.
Click Review -> Confirm & Save
That's it!
I don't like my preselected names
You can contact support by opening a ticket and we can set your SMS Sending name manually. Please note that there is a maximum of 11 characters which we cannot make longer.
